An intimate dining experience featuring an entire gluten-free Italian menu cultivated by Chef Yvonne Khananis who has spent over 25 years perfecting her craft.
Yvonne's story began in her grandmother’s kitchen,
where she learned to make traditional Middle-Eastern dishes that had been passed down through the generations. Since childhood, she has never strayed far from the kitchen, training under notable chefs from Chicago to LA, building a catering business, and eventually opening her first restaurant in 2002. Polenteria will exhibit a unique blend of flavors and culinary styles sure to please the palates of all. Due to the intimate nature of the restaurant, we ask that all cell phones be silenced and placed out of reach for the duration of your meal.
